Mike, When I created these forums, I stood a promise that one day we'd hear from men from many different States & Countries. The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. Thanks for being the person to take that step.
Appreciated hearing that you left your prostate in Louisville Kentucky. Now we prostates left in California & Kentucky.
How about those who visit? Do you mind sharing where you left your prostate?
Rick

John S Very sorry to hear you've had a rise in PSA. From the men I've known who've had this therapy they say there are two difficult things to cope with: 1. Hot flashes 2. The temporary loss of their sex drive. Wishing you the best in your on-going battle with PC. Please share how you are doing with this treatment. Rick

You are the first person I've know who went for an implant. How is that working out? Sharing your experience would be helpful to the hundreds of people who visit every month and read our threads without posting. Rick

May 16 was surgery, June 3 began inflating and deflating And surprised how natural it fills. Still a lot of healing to go. Can not use for five more weeks , unless I don't listen to doctor and cheat. It is tempting. :-)

It is tempting. :-) When the Dr said don't use for 5 weeks, there is a reason related to healing. While I certainly understand the temptation to use it early, I suspect if you do so, in exchange for a few moments of pleasure you could endure months of trouble, if not more. You'll have to make up your mind if the risk is worth it. Sounds like you are in for additional treatment. Keep us in the loop. Rick

Thanks Rick , ill wait on doctor , and hopefully treatment Holds off You won't be sorry you waited. The last thing you want is to have another surgery because something didn't heal properly before trying out your implant. Once you've used it, please share your experiences. There are a lot of men coping with erectile dysfunction as a result of surgery and/or radiation. They would benefit from hearing your experiences. Also, did insurance pay for the implant or did you have to pay privately? Rick
