I'd never been so frighted in my life as the day I received the diagnosis of prostate cancer. I knew I needed help from above. That help came in phases and the changes it brought to my life weren't immediate, but this verse came true: Ps 50:15 Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me."
Another verse came true in my life, and the book I wrote and this forum would not exist if it were not for the reality of this verse: 2 Cor 1:3-6 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ. 6 Now if we are afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effective for enduring the same sufferings which we also suffer.
The God of all comfort wants to comfort you as well. Will you accept Him and His comfort? If so, please share that in this thread.
